At Charcuterie and Co, we’re committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety at all times! We’re a 5 star Eat Safe rated business for a reason, and we want to ensure you have the best and most delicious experience with us you can!
In saying that, below are a few T&C’s you should be aware of when ordering from us for an event. Every time you place an order or make a booking with us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below. Understanding these will help you have the best experience possible, and know what to expect when it comes to your order's food safety, delivery and payment.
Specifically regarding website pick ups and deliveries:
For pick up, our location is 33 Corporate Drive, the Endeavour Foundation building. Your gps may send you to 23 or the REIQ building (which is on the backside of the building), so look out for the Endeavour Foundation signage and you will be in the right place.
If you have selected a specific time frame for your product to be ready in, unless specified to a certain time within that frame, your product will be made available at the front of the building. Unless there are weather concerns or other variables that we feel may impact your product, preventing us from leaving your product in its pick up area, your product will be outside. At this time, Charcuterie & Co releases responsibility of this product, and has fulfilled your order. Should a situation occur beyond this point, C and C will do all we can to assist you and resolve the situation, inclusive of reviewing CCTV footage of the pick up location.
For deliveries, we endeavour to reliable drivers and provide suitable buffers of time within the time frames for deliveries. However, once a product has left the kitchen of Charcuterie and Co, we are unable to control certain elements that may impact the delivery time of your product. We appreciate your understanding in this situation.
