We definitely get it, grazing can be really tricky to visualise and there are stacks and stacks of things to consider when planning an event. We've covered some basics down below, and if you can't see the info that you are after, contact us! 

Booking

What happens once I submit my booking?

We will send you an invoice. Your booking is not confirmed until we have received your payment/ deposit. You will then receive your confirmation, and if booking for an event your run sheet will be emailed one week prior to your event date. 

What if I need to cancel?

That's ok, things happen! However, cancelling does have its conditions. Be sure to check out our Terms and Conditions for our full policy. 

I haven't heard back and its been 24 hours!

We endeavour to respond to your requests as quickly as possible. But sometimes we need to take five as well. We will get back to you during office hours and as soon as we possibly can. 

 

Delivery/ Pickup

      Can I have my order delivered at a specific time?

Our standard delivery timeframe is from 7am-10am, so unfortunately we are not able to make any guarantees for deliveries requested outside of these times. You may request for a more specific delivery time within 7-10am window and we will endeavour to do our best to meet your request.

      I’m picking up my order, where are you guys located?

We are located at 33 Corporate Drive, Cannon Hill. We are located inside the Endeavour Foundation Building. Your GPS may try to send you to 23 so just keep an eye out for the Endeavour Foundation’s purple Support Centre sign. All pick up orders are collected from a designated pickup point in front of the building, by the main front doors. If you’re having trouble finding us, don’t worry! Simply call the store on 0423622073 and we can help you locate the building.

     Help! I am running late to pick up my order, what should I do?

Don’t Panic! We understand when things go wrong and you’re running behind schedule. Simply call the store at 0423622073 to let us know, and we will do what we can to help you out.

    I am outside the 30km delivery radius. What should I do?

If you’re outside of the 30km local delivery radius, email us at hello@charcuterieandco.com to order and discuss your delivery options. In most instances we are still able to deliver, however delivery outside of the radius will incur an additional fee depending on the extended distance our driver has to travel.

 

Food

Do I get to pick what's on the board?

Our aim is for you to love the food as much as we do! But everybody is different! The products we feature on our boards have been picked with care. However if you do have preferences definitely let us know in your brief and we will do our best to accomodate. 

What if some of my guests have dietary requirements?

No problems! If you are ordering a box- select the box that most suits the dietary requirement, and in the instruction box, let us know how many people of the group that dietary requirement applies to.

For example, if you are ordering a box for 2 and one of the eaters is vegetarian, select a vegetarian box and in the instructions write "One guest is vegetarian, one is regular". 

For grazing tables, we'll go over dietary requirements during the booking process and can accomodate a variety of requirements including Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Pregnancy, Halal, No Seafood. 

What kind of food can I expect to see in my grazing/ brunch box?

Our grazing and brunch boxes change seasonally and we love to change it up by showcasing different regions. For up to date products we are featuring and our latest trends sign up to our newsletter and check us out on the gram! Are you a licensed kitchen?

Yes! We are a fully licensed, 5 star rated kitchen under the Brisbane City Council. We take pride in our kitchen and our highly qualified Chefs and stylists work hard to produce the C & C standard. 

Do you make the sweets and savouries yourself?

We aim to only serve fresh and homemade sweets and savouries. The only we will purchase are some of our gluten free offerings.
